" I am not one to write reviews especially about this because it’s something no one wants to discuss. But I was at work and had an “accident “ the one no one wants to talk about. So I immediately knew I had to do something pronto. So my research began on urinary incontinence. What seemed right to me was strengthening the pelvic floor. Due to my age 59 and having 3 children in my thirties I felt there was probably some weakness down there. I had done kegals in the past and bridges and all those things that are supposed to help but nothing really worked the way I had hoped. Through my research I found Liebman Wellness Center on Facebook and there was a video about the pelvic floor and the Emsella chair. Something in me said this is what I need to do. Before going to my first appointment I researched the chair and there were mixed reviews but I went with my gut instinct and decided to check it out. Liebman Wellness Center is very welcoming from the staff to the doctors. I had my first appointment with Dr Jesse and the chair. The Emsella chair pulses your pelvic floor and it is similar to doing a kegal or pelvic floor exercise but with much more intensity. I noticed a slight improvement after that one session and signed on for more. I can confidently say that this is one of the best decisions I have made. I actually feel my pelvic floor has strengthened no more urgencies or leakage. I would encourage anyone at the initial sign of this problem that no one wants to talk about to take care of it immediately. It doesn’t matter your age. People think it’s for elderly people but if I had known about this after my third child I would have done it then. Thank you Dr Jesse and Dr Justin and your wonderful staff ! "

I went to Dr. Liebman to help me with upper back and neck issues. He helped me tremendously with the pain I was experiencing. His staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and they were friendly and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend him.
