Marlton Neuropathy Case Manager
Teagan Hazen our Neuropathy Case Manager is a 2025 graduate of The University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Her experience as a physical therapy aide strengthened her passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals. She is excited to continue building her knowledge and experience while supporting clients in reaching their goals.
Teagan is responsible for overseeing our entire neuropathy program in Marlton. Her background in health and her passion for ongoing complex patient care allows her to successfully aide in patients in their recovery. Teagan takes lot of pride in successfully seeing her patients from day one all the way through until graduation.
Outside of work, Teagan enjoys spending time down the shore. Teagan embraces an active lifestyle and values health, wellness, and meaningful connections with others. Teagan loves to travel to Boston, cheering on her favorite hockey teams, and spending quality time with friends and family.
